Over the years, Richard Chan has successfully worked with many individual clients helping them get fit and lose weight the past eight years. He has been around athletics and exercising his whole life. He trains his clients based on their needs, approaching it at a detail manner with total focus. Richard's continuous energy and dedication to helping others, allows him to be a life coach to his clients. He integrates his training philosophy with the mind, body, and soul. Besides training everyday people looking to improve their health, he also caters his services to clients looking for a challenge so they can add another training regimen to their arsenal. He has personal trained clients from all walks of life who were handicapped, physically challenged with a prosthetic leg, athletes looking to improve their overall abilities based on periodization, police personnel, and martial artists. Some of his training modalities include kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, periodization, etc. Richard is also proficient in endurance training, muscle growth, and fat reduction. As an addition for his clients he will introduce Qi Gong basics to them so they will have an understanding of exercising their internal health and controlled breathing. |
