Richard Chan is a F.L.E.X. Coach, guiding people how to self-heal themselves with exercising, energy work and more importantly with their own mind. A persons own mind is the most powerful tool that is given to us. A person's own mind is very powerful and it is limitless. Over the past 10 years, Richard has successfully worked with many individual clients, groups, professionals, strength and conditioning to law enforcement, and periodization to athletes. Richard trains his clients based on their needs, approaching it at a detail manner with total focus. Richard had a unique quality and he believed there was no purpose to compete with other trainers in the same industry as he experienced how the business can be consumed with corporate dollars. He completed his studies in Marketing and Engineering. Richard worked many years in the IT field observing competitive tactics and techniques on how companies will find ways to out duel their competitors in the corporate sector. The main focus and priority should be helping people. He continues to promote other individuals who are experts in their fields locally, regionally, and internationally. His approach is to spread the word of good health and fitness, spirituality, and mental training to everyone whether that is him or another person he feels qualified to assist the individual(s). Richard's continuous energy and dedication to helping others allows him to be a F.L.E.X. Coach to people he encounters. He literally integrates his training with the mind, body, and soul. His guidance and timely aggressiveness will help you reach your goals. One thing you can be guaranteed with Richard's unique training is that you will not be disappointed since his instruction and coaching was worth your time. Richard has always been an exceptional athlete whether that was in track in field, playing competitive baseball as a teenager, outstanding reflexes as a goaltender, a running back in football, weight training, or trying out a few disciplines in martial arts. He has always surrounded himself in athletics or exercising at an early age over 25 years realizing there is a purpose in life when it comes to health. Growing up he has always been highly competitive in sports but he is now able to manifest that positive energy into helping as many people in the world. Richard enjoys sharing with others the importance of living a healthier lifestyle from a physical standpoint, mental perspective, and at a spiritual level. All fundamentals have to be balanced so we can live an enjoyable life with our loved ones. His objective is to teach people how to improve their health and overall lifestyle. He first associated himself with CAN FIT PRO (Canadian Fitness Professionals Inc) in the year 1999 as a trainer and since then affiliated with ACE (American Council on Exercise). ACE is one of the organizations recognized and respected in the fitness industry worldwide. As a practitioner, his experience and knowledge also stems from QI GONG, REIKI, PSYCH-K (PSYCHOLOGY-KINESIOLOGY), and REFLEXOLOGY. On a daily basis he continues to learn and teach as our world continues to evolve. His passion involves the mind, body, and soul that have made his primary focus as an Educator in Health, healer, and coach. SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS Richard has also affiliated himself with other experts in their respective fields that have touched many people. His belief is that not one particular system is the only viable solution for an individual. He believes that everyone will only benefit with his training and it will eventually reach a broader spectrum of people. By evaluating and teaching everyone the many benefits of a variety of solutions that was once a problem-base can be resolved by various styles or techniques. These unique seminars and workshops will include various colleagues in there respective fields. You can contact F.L.E.X. who can solve issues and associate himself with these experts for further resolution. Each seminar and workshop will vary depending on the corporations mission or the theme of each seminar that will be conducted. People will learn about health awareness, mental training, strategies towards a company's mission such as wellness programs, the art of motivation, how to move forward or advance within your career, emotions rooted within, life lessons, therapy sessions with your body, etc. The seminars are fun (team training), motivating, and results are present. A total involvement with your mental, spiritual, and emotional transformation will result from these positive changes. Richard's passion is helping people make a change in their lives integrating the power of your own mind.
