PERSONAL TRAINING
 

Note, I will still be glad to assist people with personal training/group sessions.  However, I may point anyone in the right direction for personal training with either myself or a few colleagues who are very reputable as a trainer or strength conditioning coach in your local area.  However, my main mission is to conduct workshops/seminars to a larger size scale in spreading the word of good health with our mind, body, and soul.  Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you all! 

Flex will work with you on a one and one basis, based on your short and long term goals. We'll design a customized program that will not only get you to reach your fitness goals, but also teach you how to improve your lifestyle. Packages:

1) STARTER PRE-FLEX PACKAGE (5 training sessions + 1 free training session) $400

*standard fitness assessment, discuss basic information regarding health and exercising, and implement a work out routine based on your goals over the 5 sessions.

2)INTERMEDIATE FLEX PACKAGE (10 training sessions + 2 free training session) $700

*standard fitness assessment, discuss basics of nutrition, provide a basic food program, implement a work out routine based on your goals over the 10 sessions. 

3)TOTAL FLEXED PACKAGE (15 training sessions + 3 free training session) $900 

*standard fitness assessment, provide nutrition and a detail meal program (food journal and healthy recipes), in addition develop your strength, flexibility, co-ordination and endurance, implement a work out routine based on your goals over the 15 sessions, and available 24 hours, 7 days a week. 

4)ONLINE TRAINING PACKAGE Daily follow up by via email is included.  (3 months for $350) Contact Flex for more information or to register.

**Phone consultations is 30 minutes for $50 or 60 minutes for $80.**

5)ADDITIONAL SESSIONS Adding sessions to your package is an option and can be discussed further during your progression.
