There were currently 10 well qualified Kettlebell instructors in Canada (2005) including a few affiliated with Flex Fitness . However, there is a gentleman on Flex Fitness and I can personally say he is quite good pressing those 88 lb Kettlebells! The Kettlebell (kb)
can assist anyone from a sport athlete, military, police force,
martial artist, to that regular individual who wants to become
active in exercising. This is definitely a bonus for females who
want to improve on those problem areas such as hips, legs and arms.
Kettlebells allows you to tone up and lose fat at the same time.

I wish I came across kettlebells a long time ago. It helped me shed off my fat so quickly and at the same time toning my whole body. As a woman, I strongly recommend others to learn kettlebells from Richard as it targets all the problem areas us females have such as our hips, buttocks, legs, and arms.
