Podcast Radio Interview on Qi Gong

On Tuesday Sept 9, I had a radio podcast about Qi Gong with world renowned psychic Rose Ann Schwab. A woman that is not only a powerful individual but a very kind and caring person indeed. People that have accomplished many things in life, have seen or experienced many things in life understanding life than most people. That being said these people are always humble, kind, and thankful to everyone no matter who you are. Remember, this is the universal law and doing any wrong doing onto others will only come back to you and always giving to others it will come back to you positively. My friend Rosie has a long list of credentials having a PH.D in her educational studies, a successful business woman, and endless recognition awards with the Whitehouse. Rosie continues to give advice with past and current President of the United States. But most of all she continues to help and give to many charities, foundations besides using her natural gifts in helping many people across the world.

The radio podcast can be found at http://www.angelicinspirationsradio.com which will be aired the week of October 13. You can also visit Rosie’s main site at http://www.angelicinspirations.com.  I will let you know once it’s posted on my site and Rosie’s website. I am honored to also be associated with the other wonderful list of Experts on Rosies site. I look forward to doing another radio podcast in another year with Rosie updating the listeners as I have many new projects ahead with health/fitness, products I’ll be launching, dvds, books, and especially Qi Gong. By the way, the “podcast first began in 2002 and by 2010 there will be 60 million people that will be downloading it. The podcast will be available over the cell phones in the near future and currently 1 million podcast suscribers are now downloading it through ITunes reported by Apple.” Ok, I grabbed this snippit and I got this info by Rosie’s information page! Thanks for that great info about the podcast! =)

On the podcast interview I discussed about Qi Gong, benefits of Qi Gong, healing with Qi Gong and my experiences. I closed it off by discussing about Grandmaster Wu and Master Teresa on how they have guided me introducing Qi Gong to me. The radio podcast that was done was almost 1 hour. I am glad I was able to squeeze most of the information that I could remember! I did forget to mention a few other people and I am sure they know how appreciative I am in helping my journey in Qi Gong.   Its funny how you write down some points and notes on a piece of paper and you totally go off script, forgetting what to say, people you wanted to mention, and so on.  Well, until next podcast on with Rosie, I am sure it will be different and more unique experiences I will be explaining about my personal growth with healing, abilities, and so on.  Rosie is looking forward to me describing my personal journey on the next podcast and how much will change from the 1’st one I did with her.

Anyhow, I’ll be posting back very shortly. Thanks for the read!

Qi Energy Plus Weekend Level 2 (Sept 6-7)

Qi Energy Plus Weekend Level 2 (Sept 6-7)

This weekend I’ll be attending a Level 2 QiEnergyPlus workshop and I am looking forward to it.  It is comprised of Level 1-3.  With Level 1 you will learn about Qi Gong along with its endless benefits, learn to heal yourself, understand how to balance your overall body and awareness.  For more information, visit http://www.masterteresa.com.

With the Level 2 you’ll learn to develop your Qi even further with detail visualization and controlling how your Qi/blood can be directed within your body.  Just recently, about a few weeks ago I noticed I was able to direct my Qi/blood flow to any particular part of my body or any particular organ such as my heart, liver, kidney, etc.  My energy levels have advanced the past 2 weeks.  I have to admit I havent really been practicing my Qi Gong on a regular basis and the key is to be consistent with Qi Gong.  Taking that time off has allowed me to be more aware of my sensitivity levels.  Or sometimes you dont know how good you have it until you lose it.  Practicing Qi Gong is the same as sleeping  or brushing our teeth once or twice a day.  We need to sleep right?  With Qi Gong, performing it regularly and sometimes 2 times a day (consider it a nap if doing it more than once!) you will see dramatically improvements.  Daily practice with Qi Gong has also made me a joyful individual, thinking positive, my mind being very clear on decisions, and so on.  Anyone is capable of healing themselves and maintaining their health at a good state.  Young or old will all benefit from Qi Gong.

In the month of July-August, 2008 I took 5 weeks off from any Qi Gong practice and I noticed old nagging injuries coming back such issues with my shoulder, spine, etc.  My first day back performing my “Overall Health Qi Gong” I was able to feel immediate results that very day and virtually my pain was gone the next day.  I only came across Qi Gong in August 2007 but I have always heard about it from others who were involved in martial arts.  I am actually glad I took 5 weeks off from Qi Gong and personally experienced the dramatic health benefits I have received from the past year.  Qi Gong can help stabilize you or improve your existing health issues whether that is physically (external portion of your body), internally (such as your heart, liver, kidney, other organs, blood movement, etc), and also emotional healing as well (my first experience with Qi Gong was with Master Teresa who performed a 30 minute healing session).  Results were present as I felt negative energy lifted that was stored in my liver, kidney, and heart due to issues I had with a business venture with 3 other people involved 2 years ago.  It was truly a learning experience and all the emotions were basically bottled up inside and re-directed into my organs which my health was beginning to deteriorate.  As some of us know that stress is a major part of health issues. From that healing session I was able to learn how to self heal myself with my liver, kidney and so on with Qi Gong.

Remember, think positive and never think negativity towards others.  It is the universal law or we can say karma (what comes around goes around or vice versa).  Growing up as a child, I always understood there was the 3-fold law or 10-fold law as it will come back to you (or bite you in the butt!) even harder if you’ve intentionally done wrong doing to others.  Some very knowledgeable people I come across is Rose Schwab who is a World Renowned Clairvoyant Psychic Medium.  I am very grateful and I am appreciative of her letting me discuss the topic of Qi Gong on her podcast radio show this month at http://www.angelicinspirationsradio.com.  A wonderful person who I am honored to be friends with and I also believe in her mission towards giving/helping others.  So, until next time I hope everyone is smiling, helping others, doing positive things in life, etc.  Also, anything that has come across in your life as a negative can always be a positive.  Its how you look at things into perspective and sometimes things happen for a reason.

What is Qi Gong?

What is Qi Gong?
Many people have not heard of Qi Gong or even not too sure how to pronounce it.  It can also be spelt as Chi Gong.  I grabbed a snippit from an article I wrote on Helium.  I hope you enjoy the read and its quite interesting!

==========================

First thing, Qi Gong has been around for many centuries and it goes back from 2,500 years ago to even 7,000 years old. The reason the estimation on the historical development of Qi Gong is because it was passed down amongst monks and teachers in secrecy. For example, Acupuncture was discovered by American doctors in the 1970’s even though it has been practiced for thousands of years.  Qi means energy or the state of energy within the person. By practicing your Qi it has an influence on your thoughts, vision, hearing, taste, emotion, smell, physical movement, and spirit because it enhances your awareness with your surroundings.

There are about 3000 kinds of Qi Gong practiced in China. Qi Gong can be categorized into 4 parts such as Scholar Qi Gong, Medical Qi Gong healing yourself and others, Religious Qi Gong and Martial Arts Qi Gong. The one I’ll be discussing will be Medical Qi Gong for disease prevention, strengthening our immune system, disease treatment, etc. We commonly know about exercising to promote good health and preventing illness. That focuses on strength and cardiovascular conditioning which works from the outside inward. With Qi Gong it is the opposite and works inside outwards. Our mind, body, and spirit is connected allowing us to focus on our concentration, physical, and breathing to integrate all three.

The Qi (energy), body posture, and spirit (meditation and visualization) improves health, prevent diseases, cure diseases, improve mental awareness, keep us fit, and balance our mind, body, and spirit. Regular practice of Qi Gong allows the Qi to flow smoothly throughout your body. The regular practice of Qi Gong will increase the blood flow. This results to an efficient delivery of oxygen, nutrients of white blood cells, and removal of metabolic waste. If there is a blockage (supply of Qi to a cell blocked), the flow of blood in that area will change, and eventually the cells and the organs associated may malfunction. End result, diseases or pain may occur for that individual.

Many studies have been researched on Qi Gong and the U.S has recognized its benefit promoting Qi Gong practice . China and the U.S have hosted conferences together on Qi Gong research.  Medical research has proven now that the most powerful healing is located within our own bodies. Keep in mind, only a few minutes daily of regular practice of Qi Gong will only help improve your health. It is so easy to do and we should all be doing Qi Gong. Think of Qi Gong as brushing your teeth everyday. If you can brush your teeth once or twice daily then there is no excuse you can’t do the same with Qi Gong. On a side note, I hope everyone does brush their teeth at least once a day!
