Recent Updates…

Hi All,

Its been awhile since I last posted here and my apologies.  I’ve been busy with a few things on my plate and implementing them with what I had outlined a few months ago.  These projects include a work-in-progress with a book, e-book, etc.  As always, continue with my personal growth and finishing up my Reflexology program.   I bumped into a friend of mine Hugh Smiley who I met at a class.  He is a massage therapist, psychotherapist, and expert in creative voicework.   There is a Congress coming up and it will be in New York in the middle of May.  I am looking forward to attending the New York Congress.  For more information go to North American Kabbalah Congress.  The recent studies I have been reading has been organized by Bnei Baruch Kabbalah Education and Research Institute.  Dr.  Michael Laitman is the founder and President of Ashlag Research Institute.  Dr.  Laitman was the disciple and personal assistant to Rabbi Baruch Ashlag, son of Rabbi Yehuda Ashlag, author of the authoritative Sulam (Ladder) Commentary of THE ZOHAR.  It is a great honor for anyone to come across the Rav Michael Laitman.

A few weeks back I met many nice people at a Psych-K workshop (http://www.psych-k.com).  The instructor was Maureen Koropeski and she is someone who is a kind and a compassionate person.  There were many like-minded individuals in the class who I’ve stayed in contact such as Linda Pizzale, Frank Falsetti, Elise Maxheleau.  I met Richard Psotka from Pillars of Positivity and a friend I connected with the same outlook in life.  I also came across Claire Sookman who is a motivational individual and she is a friend I am proud to be associated with, respecting her compassion in helping other people.  Another person I came across is Wendy Woods and her positive energy and smile spreads throughout people she meets.

There is an event called Hike for Hospice which is on Sunday May 3, 2009.  The hike will take place at Riverdale Park West.  For more details you can send an email to my friend Sandra Lewis at slewis@alliancehospice.ca or visit https://secure.e2rm.com/registrant/StartUp.aspx?EID=25926&Lang=en-CA. You can also put a donation at http://my.e2rm.com/personalPage.aspx?registrationID=621902&LangPref=en-CA. Or join the Hike for Hospice bringing yourself, friends, and family.  Not only is it a good cause but a reason to enjoy the company of other people and getting some good exercising by hiking!  I’ll also be putting my attention and focus working with Jennifer Richards, the founder of Safe House who has been running the organization for over 20 years.  A strong willed woman helping those in the community and the children of our future.  As well, in the next few months I will be putting my time with Fife House (HIV/AIDS Community).  I look forward to be assisting some life coaching and health knowledge with new friends within the community.

Thats it for now and I shall be posting very soon.  Thank you for the read!

Richard
