Updates..
Hi All,
Its been awhile since I last posted and my apologies. I’ve been busy with many things and back tracked with a lot of work. I took a little time off with the book Im writing just to refresh myself. You can consider it to be an encyclopedia or ultimate guide concerning health and fitness in every aspect of your body’s awareness from healing yourself with exercising, food/nutrition, mind, body, soul, etc. It has now been pushed for beginning of 2010 and further details will be updated. From that point, I will get the final stages completed. Prior, I mentioned I will be hosting a show with Voice America and it will be for January 2010 with various slots I am thinking at the moment as I’ll have to determine depending on a few things I have to focus with currently. I will let everyone know when the date approaches.
Until next time, I shall be posting very shortly on any updates. Thank you.
Unity,
Richard
MAXGXL
MAX GXL
A product that people will benefit many people around the world. A wonderful product that has been extensively researched by Dr. Robert Keller and his team. Being around health and fitness most of my life I understand the physical, mental, and spiritual aspect of things at a deep level. I’ve gone through personal health issues overcoming them from minor to major problems, injuries, and so on. I’ve always been an open minded individual but I do enjoy doing my own research, reading, experimenting, and hearing from other people’s experiences about a product. When a product comes out on the market many people tend to jump into things without knowing much background information. The company MAXGXL was formulated by Dr. Robert Keller who was one of the top physicians in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 in the fields of Internal Medicine, Immunology and Hematology. Dr. Keller a scientist and researcher put his focus towards people with issues such as immune difficiencies, fibromaygia, cancer patients, HIV patients, chronic fatigue, etc. I respect him very much because his passion and love is for the people and something I believe as well.
What is Glutathione?
The most important ingredient in MAXGXL is glutathione and consider it at the top of the food chain of antioxidants in our body. Glutathione is a small molecule found in every cell that is produced in our body naturally. It is the most important antioxidant. Healthy people lose it with age and it even begins when a person turns 20. Athletes or atheletic exercising reduce Glutathione. People are beginning to hear about Glutathione even though many people arent aware of its integral importance.
Why Purchase it at MAXGXL?
You can purchase Glutathione through the internet or other sources and it may be a lot less than a MAXGXL product but what you’ve purchased will not be absorbed into your body’s bloodstream directly or trillions of cells. It will go through your digestive system and the stomach acids will destroy the glutatione since it is too big. However, if it does get through the cells the molecules are too large for it to pass. Another option will be a physicians approval attaining it through a IV (intravenous) which is costly. MAXGXL is a product that is patented. MAXGXL has researched and designed the components of Glutathione to pass through the body’s system. When absorbed into the body it will be maximally created into Glutathione so it can be used with every cell. In addtion, MAXGLX has further researched its product and developed the only ompostionally patented formula on the market that helps its own body to generate Glutathione. It helps your body reuse natural Glutathione multiple times.

Is Life A Form of Art?
The depiction of Raphael Mazzucco’s art is truly amazing. I was able to swing by the studio and check out his art work. Raphael is one of the top leading fashion and celebrity photographers today. Did I mention he is also Canadian. There are layers and layers that go beyond depth, texture, color, when visualizing and feeling the portrait. The entirety of his art work resonated with me and I was able to feel the emotions in his work. A form of art comes in all shapes, forms, and sizes. It can be still or interactive art which is an artistic expression. A form of art can be passive or directly engaging with the audience. When I was going through each portrait, it brought back some good memories for me and I’ve always enjoyed arts, literature, music, film, theater, etc. This is all creativity and we shape it into the various avenues or into our daily lives. As a child I enjoyed drawing and making things with my hands. Honestly, I would say I had talent in drawing or a form of calligraphy. I always had a keen eye in art work and I enjoyed the various expressions it can be interpreted for each individual. A hobby of mine that is coming back to me now. =)
So how does art relate to our life or modern society? As people we tend to see the outside package. Whats that old saying “first impressions are a lasting one”?! The exterior is the perception and the interior is the exception to the rule. What I mean is when you truly see and understand the interior then you will see and feel that true beauty comes deep within a persons soul.

Current Updates…
Hi Everyone,
Yesterday was the Ride For Heart and it was a rush considering it was awhile since I last rode a bicycle **yes, 25 years!**. I got there a bit late with a few other group members. A news crew actually approached me if I wanted to do a quick interview but already being late and anxious I redirected it to my teammate Clive Coley on our team. Now, I am thinking it would have been nice to let everyone have a glimpse of the Ride For Heart showing a clip. But I was too excited wanting to do the 50k ride and ready to explode onto the pavement! The 75k ride was a lot earlier and I believe it was for 7:15 am. When everyone approached the entrance we had to walk our bicycles for a good 10 minutes before jumping onto the highway. The route went along the Gardiner and towards the DVP going north. I paced myself and rode at a good pace during the course of the time. Every so often I would really give it a go and speed on the downhill slants. I went speeds at about 60 km and it was a exhilirating rush. There were also stop overs during the ride and there was one at Lawrence I believe and another heading back on DVP south. All and all it was a great ride and I was quite happy with my performance. I actually felt great and I could have gone another 50k as I felt I was getting warmed up. Definitely my conditioning helped me through this race as it can awkward or a little difficult for anyone who hasnt riden a bicycle for about 25 years or let alone participate for 50k ride their first time as well. The only thing sore was my butt since Im not used to sitting on a seat for that long! Well, this has really put a spark for me in riding and I enjoyed that nice brisk wind in my face. That reminds me i’ll have to thank all the people who donated and supported for the Ride For Heart so I’ll be sending an email shortly. I’m looking forward to the next year and anyone up for a 150k ride?! =)
As well, I’ve been communicating with SelfGrowth a top notch organization recognized internationally. I must thank Eric Taylor who has been patient and also giving excellent advice. I’ll be in the process of being an Official Guide Expert along with other colleagues who are established and recognized in their field. I am looking forward to jumping aboard in the next month or two.
Thanks for the read….

Recent Updates…
Hi All,
Its been awhile since I last posted here and my apologies. I’ve been busy with a few things on my plate and implementing them with what I had outlined a few months ago. These projects include a work-in-progress with a book, e-book, etc. As always, continue with my personal growth and finishing up my Reflexology program. I bumped into a friend of mine Hugh Smiley who I met at a class. He is a massage therapist, psychotherapist, and expert in creative voicework.
A few weeks back I met many nice people at a Psych-K workshop (http://www.psych-k.com). The instructor was Maureen Koropeski and she is someone who is a kind and a compassionate person. There were many like-minded individuals in the class who I’ve stayed in contact such as Linda Pizzale, Frank Falsetti, Elise Maxheleau. I met Richard Psotka from Pillars of Positivity and a friend I connected with the same outlook in life. I also came across Claire Sookman who is a motivational individual and she is a friend I am proud to be associated with, respecting her compassion in helping other people. Another person I came across is Wendy Woods and her positive energy and smile spreads throughout people she meets.
There is an event called Hike for Hospice which is on Sunday May 3, 2009. The hike will take place at Riverdale Park West. For more details you can send an email to my friend Sandra Lewis at slewis@alliancehospice.ca or visit https://secure.e2rm.com/registrant/StartUp.aspx?EID=25926&Lang=en-CA. You can also put a donation at http://my.e2rm.com/personalPage.aspx?registrationID=621902&LangPref=en-CA. Or join the Hike for Hospice bringing yourself, friends, and family. Not only is it a good cause but a reason to enjoy the company of other people and getting some good exercising by hiking! I’ll also be putting my attention and focus working with Jennifer Richards, the founder of Safe House who has been running the organization for over 20 years. A strong willed woman helping those in the community and the children of our future. As well, in the next few months I will be putting my time with Fife House (HIV/AIDS Community). I look forward to be assisting some life coaching and health knowledge with new friends within the community.
Thats it for now and I shall be posting very soon. Thank you for the read!

“Restructurization”
Its been awhile since I last posted here and I’ve had my hands full with some short/long term projects I have outlined in my head or on paper that I will get completed. The first is restructuring Flex and its interesting reflecting the growth of FLEX when it began with the early stages on my initial vision back then. The second stage was a learning experience that occurred about 3 years ago involving close friends coming into the picture for the wrong reasons. That was a great learning experience and I am truly blessed for going through that situation and I am sure they are as well. The current stage is where I am at this moment and continuing the structure of a vision that is beginning to unfold with thoughts being produced from my intentions. As well, I can also say in each of our lives we have things that are lined up for each of our own paths. I look forward to it going in that direction and revamping a new look with FLEX. Things will transpire in the next few weeks with this process. As some of us may know and pertain to the word “restructuring” to a company restructuring. FLEX is going through this process and making some positive changes with a name and image suited to its evolution. I shall keep everyone posted and thank you for the read!=)

Evolvement
Its interesting when you begin to truly understand about life your awareness and knowledge has been raised in all aspects. Many things that occur in our life has been placed for a reason and for us to experience. Some of us may reflect back on things that occurred when we were younger or things more recent. Looking back in college which was about 15 years ago I connected with my professor Dr. Michael Rock who was a very likable person by many people. He taught EQ (Emotional Quotient or referred as Emotional Intelligence) which deals with the awareness and sensitivity levels of other people. This was a skill or characteristic I always had when growing up so it was quite interesting learning about this topic which I could totally relate. Some people may perceive being sensitive as being weak and it is unfortunate some people think this way. Being sensitive or kind to others is not weak and its a STRONG characteristic. A person is strong when they allow themselves to open up to another fellow being connecting with them with emotions. Feel what they feel and understand what they understand or go through what they are going through. It would be nice one day to see the future generation respecting all and caring for everyone. However, I truly believe it will happen and remember that old saying “good things happen to those who wait”. Many things have occured in my life more recently and I can truly say it was well worth the wait. I would definitely wait another 35 years or better yet another 1000 years if I had to again. Lately there have been more occurrences happening to me realizing it isn’t fate but a path each one of us go through. Some of the things we may go through in life such as an experience, event, or meeting people short term, long term, or eternity with certain people is a reason they have come into our life. All of these things are all good and a positive learning experience that we can take with us as we grow. Sometimes its a personal experience that allows us to grow as a person or even make us a stronger person. That experience that we went through can actually help another person giving your opinion or advice to another fellow being. The past 10 years I’ve always heard about NLP and with the various tools it can work with your subconscious levels. Another friend that I’ve met is David and he introduced Psych-K to us. This is a combination of Educational Kinesiology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, accupressure, Ericksonian hypnotherapy, psycho-spiritual healing systems, and so on. Gathering all these various techniques or skills is all good and nothing wrong with it. There is no right and wrong as it will only build more tools to your arsenal. It doesnt matter if Bruce Lipton and Rob Williams who developed Psych-K is gathering parts of NLP, or from other parts, etc. The main importance is that person is making a difference in this world by evolving from previous work of other people and creating something new. Sharing a new belief system that works is the most important thing as it is helping others. I am positive there will be another belief system in another year, and then another the following year, and so on. It will be non-stop as everyone will build and feed off one another which is good. The point in life is to continue to evolve and make a difference in our world. Of course we must give credit to those people who paved the way for us all.
The other day I spoke to a friend of mine and I didnt really comment much in the conversation. Personally, I’ll listen to people talk since I have an open mind understanding everyones point of view from all sides of the table. That person mentioned one may choose to fly straight or not fly straight in life which I agree. But really its up to that persons choice. A person may not fly straight for that instance for whatever reason and I am sure there is a valid reason on their part as there may be a story behind it. In each of our lives we all have a story. The whole point in life is that we all have a choice with our own valid reasons. Is it right to judge another person? When it comes down to it can you truly judge yourself? No one is perfect and the reason we are here is to continue learning from ourselves and from one another. So, this also goes for life in general, subject, or any topic as there is no “right or wrong”. Its just simple as that. These are just things to consider in a open discussion before we may comment on something or someone. Being open minded is the key to helping our world evolve. So, what kind of belief system does FLEX believe in? Lets say, the evolution has already begun.

Heart
Many of us can define a persons character or heart by their action. Actions do speak louder than words and most of the time that is true but depending on the circumstances. A person may not follow through with their action based on a decision they feel would not be wise for that situation. As a result, that situation has been thought out more than once.
A persons heart can be interpreted in many ways. A warrior that fights on the battlefield to the very end in what they believe in is considered to have heart. An individual that has gone through pain and suffering persevering all odds has heart. But yet, some say without suffering there would not be compassion in this world. Sharing a new belief system to the world does take a lot of heart because its getting that message out there. In the near future, we will be learning from one another as it will be shared and respected since we are all one. Past events will never be forgotten but yet remembered as a learning experience as we all shall unite together as a world nation towards a brighter future for our children. Giving your whole heart to another person is loving them unconditionally. Loving another person does not take work and the only work is allowing yourself to be loved by that other person. Heart is also doing whatever it takes for another person so that person is happy and in return you are happy as well. A heart without a face is also a heart that looks the other way. All that is said and done, is the heart also the body’s strongest muscle? Even if the heart is or isn’t the strongest muscle in our body, yet it is very special because of the many things it can do transporting blood, constant flow of oxygen, nutrients, waste, and so on. But most importantly it is what makes us feel or connect with another person or people and that is love. I am prepared to give my heart to the world in more ways than one sharing my thoughts. I am looking forward to breaking that new barrier so we can all learn and grow together.
Remember, internal strength is something that comes from within. Everyone can always achieve anything in life when you put your mind and heart to it.

“We Are Many But We Are All One”
I wanted to post something that stood out to me the other day about “we are many but we are all one”. I was talking to a very wise friend of mine who is a Sage. First thing, I was discussing about books and reading any type of material is fantastic. It broadens your horizon, knowledge and it opens you up to other avenues on how you perceive things. However, the most interesting thing I’ve come to realize is being fascinated with your own mind and this is what literature can not make you understand or experience within yourself. You can read about it but its something more deeper within your own mind that can not be written. An individual will have to experience and feel their inner mind as this is the most powerful tool we can offer ourself. A person’s mind is limitless. Reading books, listening to cd’s, and watching movies help you open your own horizon but with your own mind you will have self discoveries with your own self, there are no limitations, it helps to open areas that haven’t been open, no restrictions at all. Thus at the same time you will discover your source, bringing out more and more of the true you. This comes with the programming as you become more evolved over time.
Growing up I rarely picked up a text book in school or during college and I was fortunate to have a good memory by sitting in class absorbing the information with my mind. I actually love books but I only read them if it was necessary for any particular study I need to familiarize myself or an opportunity for advancement with myself. Its fascinating I didn’t pick up a book since college until recently I’ve been reading almost anything I can grab. By the way, I wanted to thank a special friend of mine who jump started me into reading again. I love to read and I enjoy every aspect of it as I feel it is unveiling another layer.
The other day Barak Obama said “we are many but we are all one”. There are a few ways you can interpret this but this is how I perceive this statement and I feel others will agree if you understand my meaning. Remember, we are not only here to experience our own life but we are all intertwined in this world to experience, learn, and help each other with one another’s own life. We are all connected and it is a huge domino effect if you can understand me at a deeper level. Some people say walk in my shoes because they are going through a tough time. When you really understand what “all one” means its like you are not only walking in your own shoes even though you have that pair but it also extends to everyone around you. People are coming into your cycle and working around you. It is invisible, you cant touch it, see it, but you can feel it and you know its there. Eventually, you may finally realize it is here. Its truly an amazing world if you understand where we are coming from.
By the way, Barak growing up as child he never dreamed about being a President. Barak would have thought maybe a court judge but not a President. Indigo individuals are very brilliant and creative people. The children that are coming into this world are mostly Indigo. I look forward and intend to be working with millions or billions of people globally about life integrating my knowledge with energy work, health, and more importantly with an individuals mind. I was talking to my friend the other week and she brought up a question bringing up how many people are on our planet? We both weren’t too sure but we took a guess and said up to a couple billion people as an estimation. Anyhow, I did a quick check and there are roughly about 6.7 billion people on earth! Wow, quite a number eh? I wonder how things will turn out in another 5-10 years. Within that time I’ll probably be blogging through a voice activation terminal that will automatically be posted on a virtual screen to others reading my blog! Until next time, I shall be blogging very soon!
Thank you,
Richard
